Host Monica was very helpful all along. Overall the house was very nice. We did run into some trouble with the hot water as the tank constantly went out It was fixed though. The pool mentioned in the description was closed for repairs and I’m sure that was out of the host’s control. Would still recommend this property to others however I will not be doing this type of vacation again. I still prefer to go all inclusive. Our first time using Vrbo and enjoyed it but to us not our cup of tea.
