Amazing stay! Wish the room service ran during the late hours latest was 11pm and the bar closed at 12am a few people mentioned it felt like a seniors place to stay and I agree. The crowd was a bit older crowd with a few younger people here and there.

Everything was great and the food was amazing! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which truly made our stay special. One small suggestion would be to include more traditional Mexican music and offer washer and dryer access for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back. Huge shoutout to Daniel at Zárape Restaurant—he was excellent and truly went above and beyond for our family.

Beach was a bit rocky and very small on the side of the hotel. Tide was up so you couldn’t go use hammocks. The dinner restaurants need to step up a notch on the food. But overall a very enjoyable stay.

Where do I start. What a great hotel. Everyone was so welcoming. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great food, cold drinks. What more could you ask for. There is no beach to speak of but my wife and I aren’t really beach people anyhow. Can’t wait to come back. Keep up the great work.

No one could explain the parking. 3 different people told me 3 different things and none of them were actually correct so definitely figure that out on your own if you're renting a car. There's nowhere to rinse the sand off, they won't replace your sandy pool towels in the room, you'll have to go clear across the resort to exchange them while covered in sand. Asked for diet coke and water only but they kept putting beer in there even though I'm sober which is fine but i did ask 3 times and they are saving a bunch of money with me since i don't drink. Lol the quick bites was nice. Food was ok. I wouldn't stay there again. Recently stayed in cancun and isla mujeres and had great experiences at those resorts so was disappointed with this one.

My room was amazing, however the drinks were just sugar and the best food they had was at Zarape, which you have to make a reservation for. Also for adults only hotel they stop serving drinks and no activities after 11. Definitely better places to stay. Also beach access is minimal.

Reservations on restaurants were a problem. Needed bandaids and the room service was hard to get a hold of. Never showed up nor called back to say they didn’t have any. Food selection in snack room was bad.
