First time at the Hyatt branded resort, staff was very friendly, resort itself was very clean. It's a good idea to make reservations for dinner at one of the restaurants, just takes away any unwanted waiting if they are busy. Our server Julio was excellent, made each day exciting... he mostly worked the main pool and Club swim out rooms. Smaller resort, so it was quieter at night, but, that's something we were looking for in a vacation.

Very chill and relaxed environment . The staff was great . Even though the seaweed was bad during, our time at the pool area and around the resort made up for it. Abraham and Carlos at the pool area were great. Went with a group of 16 and we all had a blast.
