Reservations were easy to make, however, when I got to my hotel the front desk staff had a difficult time finding my confirmation. They took care of it on their end for me and I was still able to get my room.

I would have given Cheap tickets more stars, but every time I picked a hotel and a flight and tried to finalize my purchase, the price would change by $300 per passenger! I would turn around and tried again, and the price would go back to the initial price, but trying to check out my price would change again.

Good flight times. Cust. Service. Friendly but didn’t accommodate enough on issue of correcting change in flight. I believe we could have cancelled flight and rebooked at no extra charge. Instead we had to pay extra $35.00. I would still recommend Cheaptickets
