The service was friendly and amazing, the spa was everything! The nightly entertainment was well put together. The staff members Victor,Pablo, Miguel and Jairo were the best and can't remember the bartender in the lobby during the day but he was fun, knew how to make whatever you can think of and then some. Dolma restaurant is a must try too.

Everything here was phenomenal. Clean, beautiful, everything the pictures advertise really. The room was awesome, comes with a hot tub. Only personal downside for me was the lack of interaction with the staff. I was a solo traveler so they may have been thrown off by it but a lot didn’t interact with me or give friendly banter like they did with other guests which kinda hurt but other than that, amazing stay.

My stay was great! It was a couple hiccups but they fixed those issues right away. They offered to move me to another room but i declined; im not fussy, just fix the issue. So they sent me a plate of chocolates, and a whole bottle of champagne to apologize. The only complaint i had is its not enough AC pumping out in the restaurants and certain areas and you need that reprieve from the heat without going all the way bck to your room. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I'll definitely be staying again. The staff was amazing. The food was so good. The spa was great too!

My only complaint is the small beach with minimal beach beds located to close to the water. Everything else was top tier with world class service.
