Every where you walked they were keeping the property trimmed and cleaned, staff were Amazing, Israel at the front desk from the time we checked in remembered our name and said Good Morning every day he saw us. Entertainment staff was awesome and engaging making sure everyone had fun, Beto did a great job getting us a souvenir we asked for, remembered us and came and found us and talked to us frequently about an update daily until he was able to find us hats!! Maritza at the front desk was courteous and very accommodating at check in! We will definitely be back and recommend Princess Platinum Yucatán to everyone we know!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Maid service was inconsistent. Sometimes there were new towels and sometimes not. The food was horrible. Nothing to eat during the day unless you wanted to go to the buffet. The drinks were awful. There were only two restaurants open at a time. The gentleman at the concierge was rude and acted as if he was inconvenienced if I asked a question. Shows/ music was only offered late in the evening. Other than that there were no activities other than the pool.

We stayed 8-31-25 through 9-5-25. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was great!! Luna one the activity directors was our favorite. Food was good but some of the restaurants were closed because of low occupancy. Seaweed was bad but if go to the sister property it was better. They were working on it. Overall a nice vacation.

I loved this place! I definitely will have a return visit. Everyone in the staff, from housekeeping, to the grounds crew, to the guest services, were extraordinary. Everyone were so friendly and respectful, and polite. I thank them all for their warm pleasant hospitality.
