Grounds are beautiful, rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is friendly and very attentive, entertainment was great, beaches are immaculate. One of our favorite spots to vacation at. We are repeat visitors and will definitely be back again.

The room was good except for our air conditioner. The room was warm and muggy. Everything in our room was damp. That definitely made sleeping uncomfortable and not so good. The other 2 rooms that our family were in, were cold and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We felt very safe at this resort. Breakfast was always good and the coffee was fantastic. Dinners were ok. Rodeo Grill was disappointing. All 4 meals that we had were over cooked and dry. The Italian restaurant was wonderful. The dinner buffet was decent. I'm all for having to dress up for dinner but when the men have to wear slacks or jeans with the heat and humidity it made them very uncomfortable and miserable especially when your not used to it.

Beautiful resort! The rooms are clean, food was good and I love that there were no reservations required for most of the restaurants. It is connected to a family resort which adds more options for dining. The downside is not enough space at either of the pools to accommodate all the guests. The swim up is not private everyone can come swim whenever they want in the pool outside your patio/balcony.

Nice resort. Staff were very attentive. Nightly entertainment was fun. We stayed in Building 5 and it was very quiet. Lots of food options at the buffet. We also went to the Rodeo restaurant and the Italian; both were very good. We really only had two things that we disliked. The first being towels for the pool/beach are refreshed each day by housekeeping. When we arrived two towels were available; however, the remainder of the week we would only get one fresh towel, resulting in us having to keep a dirty towel to use each day. The other thing we wish were different is the seating in the restaurants. On many occasions we were sitting so close to other guests it was as if we were having breakfast, lunch, and dinner with them. I get that staff may be stretched, but the restaurants were plenty big enough, and if they could just put one table between guests instead of cramming us all together it would be appreciated. This was most frustrating at the Italian restaurant. We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary but were crammed next to a chatty couple for dinner. It made for an uncomfortable dinner when it should have been celebratory. Overall, nice resort, but there are so many wonderful places to stay in the Riviera Maya that we will not be returning.

The room was great. Had a swim up room and loved it. The food was mediocre at best. The choices are minimal. Not much going n for entertainment. An hour or two of something at night but nothing for a prolonged stay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The walk ways and decks need to be recovered or repaired. They ate in pretty rough shape. We were with a group of 8 and a fairly mellow crowd so not so bad for us but if you are a lively group you might find this a little boring. Very laid back here

The staff is amazing, everyone had great energy. Every person we came across was nice, friendly, and helpful. My single ONLY complaint is the room service, the food wasn’t as good as the restaurants or buffet, and we a very underwhelming menu. Other than that 1 thing, the resort is beautiful with an abundance of food choices from the restaurants, outdoor activities, the beach isn’t impressive but that’s due to all the resorts destroying the beach so it’s a give and take. But overall me and my wife enjoyed ourselves, and would recommend staying here again.
