Hard to reserve a restaurant especially for a big group. They try to push us to dine in the buffet. Try to be an early bird if you want restaurants other than a buffet.

The vibes are great and they mixed the property with nature so well. Great pools and beach access but the rooms are a bit old and crumbling. Food is horrible and room service took at least an hour after ordering. Only place with a half-decent food was the steakhouse. Worst part was the concierge service. When I asked about the $400 voucher I should receive from Expedia, they tried to get me into one of their sales pitch presentations to get a $450 worth of spa credit. After I declined, they gave me the $400 in 16 vouchers that are $25 off $100 which cannot be combined together. So practically I have to spend $1,600 at the resort to get the $400. Definitely not coming back to this resort!

We did a lot of research looking for a resort that was big enough to have lots of food options and things to do. This resort did not disappoint. Everything was really great. The staff there are really great people and so friendly ALL the time. Pools were clean, food was really good. Service was excellent (except the sit down restaurants) those took a bit to get your drinks or more drinks but buffets were really good. The seaweed was pretty strong when we were there but we never had to wait for a drink, either at the bar or someone always came by to serve us. (Don't forget to tip) We would for sure go here again and bring friends and family. Great experience.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay, but this was not the hotel‘s fault. I went as a solo traveler, which was a bad idea. Given this is a family resort. I thought I could find some quiet, but I couldn’t and they even put me in a room across the waterpark. I tried to get a refund on the extra day because I went home early and they wouldn’t do it, but I understand. I highly recommend this place for families, though, it looks like a blast! And the food was incredible!

Hotel was nice, however the service was poor. Under staffed and, staff not very professional. We did have a couple of excellent staff members like Hania and her captain ( can’t remember his name) other than them two, they all seemed rushed, the service at reg sit down restaurant was poor, except in the Japanese one ( the geisha).
