All the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Bar tenders work extremely hard so be sure to tip. Pools were clean and food was decent.

I traveled with my family and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the calm atmosphere. The food was great, the only thing we didn’t like too much was having to make reservations for the restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Resort and rooms could use an updating. The staff was EXCELLENT, they are the best part of the resort. The older rooms didn’t affect the stay at all it just could be a little nicer.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning, they would clean the room if any issues arose and try to resolve them as soon as possible. If you’re dining at a restaurant, you should be notified of the RSVP requirement before your arrival. Additionally, they should offer a golf cart or walking tour of the hotel, as well as information about hotel activities and events.

The sargassum seaweed was disgustingly and they did nothing to remove it from the property. It caused the entire resort to smell of dead fish and rotten eggs. It also didn’t allow us to enjoy the beach. The food was limited in choices and there wasn’t much to do in the evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
