Even though you pay all inclusive, you don't have access to restaurants reservation required, they even inform you that if you are not a memeber of their vacation club or if you don't take the 2 hours talk about that, you lose several services and amenities such as dinner in restaurants with reservation.very bad

Rooms and overall cleanliness was good but when I got there my wife and I where talk in as to a membership took all info and we spend almost 4 hours talking to a guy who tried to upsell us on this Wonderfull package and it was the last time we ever going to get this deal took away our fun for the day and when you’re on vacation, the last thing you wanna get hit with is someone trying to sell you something to be honest just because of that I’ll probably would visit other resorts

Only thing wrong was the sound proofing of the room. You can hear every little noise from outside.
