There were three couples on the trip. Two did not have hot water during their stay. Marvin at the front desk kept hanging up on one of the couples because he was alone at the front desk. They just kept saying they would take care of it. One also did not have a working safe or coffee maker. The desk staff was terrible and didn't want to be bothered. The food was ok, but the food temperature needed to be better regulated. Food was just barely warm sometimes. One huge plus was the wait\bar staff. Humberto, Bernardo, Gerardo, Armando, Lucas, Moses among many others made the trip fun and enjoyable. Without them it would have been terrible. We will not return.

The location and beach were excellent—by far the best part of this resort. The staff was friendly and housekeeping did a great job. Unfortunately, the food was repetitive and below average, except for the New Year’s Eve dinner, which was outstanding. The specialty restaurant reservation system was awful, requiring guests to stand in line for up to an hour every morning. Hot water was inconsistent, the adult swim-up bar was overrun with kids, and policies were not enforced. The gym had broken equipment and cleanliness issues. Entertainment was very poor overall—loud, crackling sound, amateurish shows, and many guests walked out. Great beach, but too many operational issues to recommend.

I am a firm believer in giving an honest opinion so people know what to expect. Check in was easy got there a bit early so only 1 of 3 of our rooms was ready but we got our bracelets and was able to go change in the room that was ready and then go grab some lunch by the time that was done we were able to get the rest of our rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious a bit dated but they worked. All rooms were thatched roof with just a sheer fabric between you and the roof so hearing the wind and animals was a bit louder than normal but air worked and tv had several english channels so in the evening was able to watch movies. Grounds were pretty and decent sized pools. Also wonderful spacious beach area. Things i would improve is another bar open during the day other than the pool bar. Also the snack bar closes 1 hour after lunch buffet so not very convenient. Not many entertainment crew activities throughout the day only like 4 then the nightly show that doesn't start until 9:30. The buffet kinda had few options because it seemed like the same thing most evenings and dont get me started about the specialty dinners. Trying to book those is a nightmare have to go see a guy at a desk starting at 8:30am but if your not in line at 8 chances are no reservation and even if you are plus the 1 time we got a reservation out of 3 tries the food was not very good. Would I go there again maybe but i am a very laid back person if you like lots of options not the place for you. Shopping a 15 min

They were almost impossible to get in contact with to confirm the details of our reservation and when we checked in they gave us a different room to what we requested and there was no cot. After finally getting it all sorted the service inside wqs great but I wouldnt stay again.

We stayed 7 nights and I’ll start out by saying it is convenient to stay at this all inclusive resort. The beach is nice as well. The buffet was pretty bland and boring by the end and making reservations with the restaurants on site is a pain! The included alcoholic drinks are weak af and you definitely gotta tip to even feel tipsy. Our room had an air conditioning leak on at least 2 occasions. The first time the leak soaked everything we had on the counter by the sink. Our friends we went with had a leak on their bed after a rain storm went through. The area is nice and you see a lot of wildlife. I’m not sure it’s worth it in the end though.

The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and everything was very clean. The food was good and the buffet was varied enough to keep it interesting. Nice pools and beach. Only downside was the showers didnt get very warm.

Para empezar el hotel como tal es muy bonito, pero la comida es terrible, para los restaurantes tienes que hacer una fila muy larga para poder hacer reservaciones y aun haciendo la fila no te garantiza un cupo en el restaurante que quieras, de tres restaurantes que tienen solo abren dos por día, 3 días me quedé sin agua en el dormitorio y para colmo el último día me levanté a las 3:30 y para mi sorpresa no había agua le indicó al front desk y me dijo que ya se suponía que abrieran la pompa de agua para esa hora, jamás he ido a un hotel que cierren la pompa de agua. Jamás volvería a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada.

Honestly the BEST customer service i've had in a long time. Travelled with 7 girls for a bach. It was a small resort, walkable, clean and the team was unbelievably kind. Special shout out to Jorge the Chef. I am celiac and he walked me around the buffet telling me what was safe and what wasn't & even brought me my own dessert! So kind & accommodating, would recommend!
