We stayed at Viva Maya many times and this place has captured our hearts for good. We feel like home at Viva Maya and even though we've been here a lot there's always something new to do. Staff is amazing, place is clean and people are always nice. It's a very family friendly place, the vibes are just so good. Can't wait to visit again!

Nice and safe property for tourists, live vibes and great place for family and couple vacation. A lot of food choices at the buffet. Overall, Cafe Maya is our favourite for coffee and smoothies. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part, but not top tier. The only disappointment was, you can only booked 2 restaurants out of the 4, where some other resorts offer all of them.

The hotel offered a wide range of activities and lavish meals, but the room facilities were somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom which had a strong odor. The beach experience in early July was terrible; swimming was impossible, and the smell was particularly unpleasant.

If you’re looking for fun all day everyday this is the place to be. You will find a lot to do here there are a lot of activity throughout the day, shows, and much more. The room was amazing and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very close to the beach, they have multiple pools and they also have a kid zone with a mini pool for them. The food and drinks ever great! I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good time!
