Hotel was excellent for myself and my family. Our two kids ages 11 and 7 enjoyed and took full advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, arcades, kids club amenities, even the buffet. One of my two kids is a picky eater, however the buffet had a variety of foods that this was not an issue the entire time we were there. I recommend dishing out the extra cost for a Privilege room as it is well worth it. FYI: do yourself the favor and purchase snacks, souvenirs, even sunblock outside of the property or prior to arriving. Yes, the resort has everything, great food, great amenities... you name it. Paying $12.00 for a pack of Pringles, $9.00 for a Toblerone bar, and $32.00 for a small 6oz sunblock is a tad steep in my opinion.

This resort is not suitable for disabled people. Room service was very poor quality. The jacuzzi was dirty and molded. There’s no towel at the beach pool. The free shuttle tour is a fraud. There is no jewelry factory or tequila factory. They are bringing you to the shops for shopping. There’s some animals those are attacking you and your food in the garden area or by the pool. There’s so much mosquitoes . I not going to this resort anymore.

The resort was very nice and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The app was not so easy to use to make reservations if we are a group in different rooms for the restaurants. Most of my group did not like the food at the buffet for breakfast and lunch. The foods were so bland which being Hispanic we did not expect in Mexico! It was very disappointing. My daughter’s wedding reception dinner was terrible. Most of the foods went to waste. The cake was disappointing as well. Perhaps the cooks are trying to gear to the bland tastes of the gringos. We enjoyed Sakura and Margarita the most. The Steak House was decent as well. Ocean Burger made amazing burgers and fries.

Beautiful Property The Coffee shop is incredible 5 Star Service. If anything they could add a second coffee shop mid resort for more convenience. Definitely avoid the SportsBar the Staff that work upstairs need to possibly find a new profession because customer service is Not their strong point. Stand out employees are Lisandro in Guest Services top notch, calm patient and very accommodating throughout our visit.

Upon arriving for our honeymoon, we were upgraded to the swim up privilege room (we were already booked for privilege, it’s the best way to go there— more options available to you). It was beautiful, the staff were wonderful! We had Adrian and Alan for our butlers and they exceeded our expectations! Always checking in to see if anything is needed and always happy. We would definitely go back!

Property overall was very pretty and there is a great variety of dining options. I would HIGHLY recommend booking the "privilege" club as you will have additional dining, beach and pool areas reserved for that club. Our "butler" Ariz went above and beyond during our stay and we always book butler service when we do all inclusives so thats saying alot.

Very disappointed in our experience at this resort. Ac in room did not work, had to call twice . Ac and fan would be shut off every time we returned to our room, housekeeping in our room was just basic with frig not being restocked daily. Pool floors were very rough and ocean entrance was very rocky with very little beach area as most of it has been eroded. Sunday and Monday night entertainment was a movie and karaoke BORING…. Mayan night is only on Saturdays with an up charge. Dislike booking daily on our phones for reservation and having to look on phones for entertainment. I go on vacation to get off my phone. Wish the entertainment team was more active thoughout the resort daily. Bars had very slow service especially the lobby bar in the evening. Food was decent and resort grounds were clean.

The staff was nice and the property is really pretty. There were plenty of pools, it was quiet, and it was not very crowded. Several of the restaurants were out of different items and there was almost no night life, which was a bit disappointing. I would’ve at least liked the pools to stay open. Overall a good and relaxing experience.
