Staff friendly if you pool part ambiance this is your resort. Food is great special Asiana restaurant. The night shows are really good. Beaches were ok no shade for beach chairs only cabinas has shade. A little bit of seaweed but lots of workers cleaning up in the morning.

The pool space is wasted by all the cabanas! You can’t get a lounge chair unless you towel/belongings save by 8:30am. The food was mediocre at best. Room was nice. Beach space is not good.

All those pool loungers are cabana reservation only. They will move you out of them unless you paid for cabana

The room was nice, clean and super spacious. The amenities great, and great restaurants, 6 plus a coffee shop. Plenty of bars throughout the resorts. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The BEST part of our experience was the staff that took care of us. No matter who we dealt with or encountered (as we walked by), service and making the guests feel special was their number 1 priority. The hospitality was outstanding, and everyone made us feel valued. There are a few people that were even more amazing, and went even above and beyond: Yadinia at the reception, when we first arrived. She had a huge smile when she welcomed us, and was eager to make us feel comfortable. Alejandro by the pool, kept the drinks coming, and continued to make sure that we wanted for nothing while we were by the pool. Paul at the reception when we checked out, friendly and courteous. The lady who cleaned our room every day, the room was always spotless and perfect. The Bell persons, always greeted us with the biggest smile. What made this a memorable experience wasn’t so much the place, but the people at the Hotel.
