Clean rooms, very attentive staff, great massages, the food was overall good but some of vegetarian selections were just okay. It was nice that you didn’t have to try to snag a pool or beach chair at 6 am. Usually plenty available until at least 10am.

We have stayed at at 12+ resorts in the Playa del Carmen / Cancun area over the past 15 years in this price range and this is clearly in the top half of the well rated resorts we have been too. Food and drinks were great. Entertainment staff was super and the night entertainment was top notch. Friendly staff, clean grounds, large nice rooms.

From our arrival, greeted with refreshing cucumber water and cooling eucalyptus towels, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. That high standard of hospitality carried through to our room, where every detail was handled with genuine care and warmth. The culinary journey was a major highlight; we enjoyed delectable meals at Spice, Pelicanos, La Casona, Dolma, and Asiana, with each venue delivering incredible flavors and a fantastic dining atmosphere. The service at the bars was truly a standout feature of our stay. While the entire bartending staff was cordial and respectful, we have to give a special shout-out to Fonzi (La Mejorada) and Usiel (Tequileria) for their incredible skill and hospitality. Their energy made every drink feel like a special occasion. The entertainment crew also deserves high praise for being fun, friendly, and consistently energetic. They kept the vibes high during the day, and the nightly entertainment was spectacular, featuring talented performers and shows that were culturally on point. The resort grounds are immaculate and beautifully well-tended, striking a perfect balance between serene quiet areas for relaxation and lively spots for a party atmosphere. Even with the copious amounts of seaweed, the beach remained perfect and a beautiful place to spend our days. This was a flawless getaway that we would recommend highly to anyone looking for a top-tier vacation. We are already looking forward to our future return!

We loved the resort from the minute we stepped out of the bus. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and a great view. The staff was so attentive to every need. The food was over the top delicious. From the buffet to the restaurants, everything was top quality. We will definitely return to this resort. I HIGHLY recommend this resort.

Staff great, rooms clean, only issue was that we could not get smaller bills any where (either pecos or USD)to be able to tip staff

The room was spacious and good. The only feedback I would have is for Bette communication on which canvas are for an additional fee and which ones are included in the stay. Otherwise, the staff were great, especially Benjamin and Dulce.
