"Our stay (my sister and my best friend ) was more better than we could ever have imagined. The staff, including the front desk, room cleaners and valet staff, were the most friendly, helpful and kind I have ever experienced. I had trouble with my bank card the first two days and they were very understanding and helpful. Any time we needed assistance we were helped by genuinely friendly people who seemed to be very happy to assist us. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and the furnishings and hotel design were very comfortable and inviting. There was live island music every night. The island life was designed into the whole hotel. The open-air pool area was nice, though we spent most days at the beach right outside the back doors. We had açaí bowls for breakfast on the beautiful beach almost every morning. It was heaven. The hotel is located near great shopping. We walked almost everywhere we went, including Ruth’s Chris and Tommy Bahama for supper and fantastic local shops! The beauty of the island was everywhere and we enjoyed our walks and our adventures to other areas of Oahu. The Polynesian Cultural Center was fantastic! Whenever I go back to Oahu I will stay at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach every single time. I will not stay elsewhere. Mahalo to all the wonderful people at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort.
