The hotel is super expensive (not surprisingly). The rooms are plush and comfortable. The bed is unreal. The beach is very crowded but we came at New Year’s so it was expected. What was super annoying is we went to dinner at Manalo, the lounge restaurant and couldn’t be seated right away. If we are paying more than $1300 a night to stay at this property we should not have to wait to eat dinner. That is absurd! Not happy.

I liked staying at the four seasons. There are lot to love about that property - ocean, pools, dining and so on. I have 2 minor complaints though: * Privacy/sound insulation, while good and wasn't an issue could be improved. Most notably is the door has some space let's sound in. * Spa. We had couples massage and while massage was good room itself could be better. I was at Four Seasons Palo Alto SPA and I liked it better there.

Came here for our honeymoon and babymoon. The service and staff were always super attentive and took care of anything we needed. They were so accommodating when we asked for a more quiet room since there were events going on and we were jetlagged, exhausted, and struggled with the noise. Thank you Four Seasons for making our special week phenomenal!

The staff is what made this special. All the little things done to celebrate our anniversary and our son’s 10th birthday were incredibly appreciated. The resort is beautiful and a great location. We loved our stay!
