The water in shower very bad low flow, in included breakfast room there is two very old toasters almost broken for couple of hundred guests you have to Waite long time to toast the bread, it is two bad.

I really didn’t enjoy this stay. Yes it was clean and yes the personal is very nice and friendly. The hotel itself is okay. It looks really nice on pictures and it’s not as nice in person. The breakfast is okay and the place where they serve breakfast is small and extreme crowded. I looked at other hotels in the area which are much better but cost was the same. The parking lot was full as well hen we arrived

I’m very unsatisfied about what I received , because this is not what I purchased. When I booked this trip I booked it with the idea that I was taking my kids on this trip and that it would be very convenient to have the ocean at a walking distance from our hotel and also pool access within the hotel. As soon as we checked in we were told that the pool had been in maintenance since April giving us the option to walk to another hotel’s pool. That other hotel was at a walking distance but the pool was very small and we had to walk through an alley which felt very unsafe. I feel information like this should be share like that we can have the decision to either purchase this hotel or not. But not tell us till we get to the hotel after our 6hr flight.

OK for quick layover

Close to the south end of Waikiki so very walkable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I knew the pool was out for maintenance and the sister hotel’s pool was very nice. Disappointed in the breakfast which was only assorted premade Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

Overall the property was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only issue with it was at the time the facilities were under refurbishment. The pool was closed due to this (the beach is far from it so the pool isnt needed) but they also moved the breakfast location 3 different times due to it.

This is a great location within Waikīkī. We also enjoyed the free breakfast option. However, while the pool is under repairing and still charging us for the resort fees is quite inconvenient. The staffs are quite awesome and room is cleaned daily. The hotel rooms was spacious with Mountain View. I think it’s a more budget friendly option all things considered. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for affordability and cleanliness as their priority.

We arrived around noon on Sept. 4th. There were was of four rooms, 3 rooms were ready for check in, our room was not ready. Checked back around 2:45 and nothing! Front desk told me room is not ready because I had booked an ocean view. I told them the other three rooms were also ocean view. Room was finally ready! We paid for ocean view, but was not view that was shown when we booked

They had the AC locked. You could turn it down past 73 The front seat refused to answer the phone when called and sent you directly to voicemail. Homeless people everywhere in the vicinity. One even threatened us while walking down the street. The food choices were severely limited The hotel itself mostly was in Japanese.

Booked an Ocean view, which is not exactly an ocean view. It’s basically a partial view over a street. Breakfast is not good. Sometimes you don’t even get breakfast even if you go on time. There is no bell service and no short term parking to drop off and to check out. Pool is closed for renovation and alternate is a different hotel within 2 mins walk. Only good thing is their beach towel and chair service. Our room came with only shower(ok to have shower instead of a bath tub) but the shower and taps has slow flow which is very inconvenient after you come back from a beach. It’s hard to get rid of the sand over.
