Staff was pleasant Parking$72 a day. Should’ve just Ubered around much cheaper Resort fee $55. Normal Room needed to be updated not enough pools for the amount of guests they have Beach is right there. And beautiful We had a great time but probably not staying there again

We had suite for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and I kid). The sofa bed mattress was so thin, for a caliber like Hilton, we expected something a little more comfortable. It would be nice to have had 2 queen beds instead of full beds. The pools were a little crowed at times but that’s ok. General check-in line was a little long. Location is good for close by restaurants and beach access.

Loved that this property was on the beach but it was way too crowded and loud. Crazy busy at the pools. The bathroom had mold around the sink and the shower. Bathroom vent was really dusty. Room was decent. Restaurants were really pricey. Housekeeping and staff were friendly.

The room was infested with ants all over the towels, wall, and beds. When we asked for a new room, they said none were available but they would give us a $50 credit for snacks (which they never gave us). After multiple phone calls to multiple managers, we finally got a different room for the remaining nights. When we tried to used the ironing board, it fell apart and ripped my sons favorite shirt. The pools were cool but also very cold compared to the beach right next to them. The room keys came with a coupon to turn in to the concierge for a free gift bag or island snack. They said they were out of both and don't even carry the snacks anymore. Just before leaving for the airport, we wanted one last look out on the balcony. Somehow when closing the sliding glass door behind us the metal hook fell perfectly into place locking us with our two kids out on the 27th floor balcony in the dark at 4am. Many thanks to the security team that finally saved us.

I would've given 5 stars because we loved everything except the bed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Expected more from what we paid. After all of the walking, it would have been nice to have a comfortable bed. But view was amazing, very short walk to the beach, convenient shopping and dining located right there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion which was very nice and they have a very convenient location that's just for Lyft and other ride shares to pickup and drop off.

This property is beautiful- busy with lots of shops and dining in the area. The self parking fees were crazy ($69 per night 😩) but it is in a touristy spot. We didn’t have any reason to leave during our stay with the beach next to hotel. If I come back I would definitely recommend. Hospitality was great!
