Staff was pleasant Parking$72 a day. Should’ve just Ubered around much cheaper Resort fee $55. Normal Room needed to be updated not enough pools for the amount of guests they have Beach is right there. And beautiful We had a great time but probably not staying there again

We had suite for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and I kid). The sofa bed mattress was so thin, for a caliber like Hilton, we expected something a little more comfortable. It would be nice to have had 2 queen beds instead of full beds. The pools were a little crowed at times but that’s ok. General check-in line was a little long. Location is good for close by restaurants and beach access.

The service was very good and friendly. The fitness room in the tower had dated equipment, some rusty. Food and restaurants were very good though we were sad that the Hatsuhana closed. We were also sad that the spa area of the Mandara Spa was no longer open.

Lovely experience staying at Hilton Village at Waikiki. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Service is great. They provided us microwave and crib as we had little kids with us .

This property overcharges for everything, and the rooms are basic. No robes, no extra towels, no clean cups. They charge for simple things such as using their safe. This should be a free service. Their parking rate is outrageous as well. I would stay somewhere further for a better room and price next time.

The Hilton is a great property, the kids had an amazing time. Parasailing and learn to scuba were super close. The only negative is Hilton needs to speed up the renovations of all towers and rooms. Diamond head tower is severely out dated and in need of a reno.
