The property was in an ideal location surrounded by shopping and restaurnts along Waikiki. The staff wede friendly, hotel areas were nice and clean. I will stay again.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and I love how many dining options you have inside the hotel. I also love that the Jazz Club Blue Note is located inside the hotel which was the reason for my trip. I love the hotel is right on the beach its so convenient and the water is stunning. For a beach front hotel, I feel the hotel room is incredibly outdated. The furniture, carpet, and room decor choices reminded me of my grandmother's home. I am more partial to a minimal & modern clean aesthetic and the rooms are far from it. The carpet and outdated design choices made me slightly uncomfortable so I likely would not return unless the establishment underwent some major upgrades.

Great room. A little outdated, but comfortable and clean. The elevators were a little slow and most of the time crowded - waiting time increased every day. Not a big deal though! The staff was nice, and always ready to serve.

Fantastic hotel and location! We only stayed for one night before our cruise, but staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Had a lovely dinner at Dukes, then walked around a few blocks of stores surrounding the hotel. Super convenient! Room was large and comfortable.

Hotel staff welcoming. Room showing its age but clean and comfortable. The hotel is across from the International Market Place, so certain type of vacationers may like this very busy but convenient location.

The ocean front room with the large balcony had a day bed and table and chairs with a post card view of the ocean waves splashing onto the sandy palm tree covered beach.
