We were on 4th floor looked right out on the beach. Our room was always tidy up and we had clean towels. The staff was was friendly and always helpful. The location was right in the middle of Wikiki. We highly recommend The Royal Hawaiian.

Very nice location, loved the vintage feel of the resort. The rooms were lovely, we loved our room 309. Breakfast is lovely, the bakery divine. The pool is very small but next door you go to a larger pool that is nicer and cooler with a view and breeze. Some updates on the lounge chairs at the pool at RH are needed as several were broke and one broke on me at the hinge causing metal to deep scratch my thigh in 3 places a couple of inches each. Everything else was perfect…This was a highlight for us to stay here. I will always remember it…🌺

Loved my stay at The Royal Hawaiian. Such an iconic property from the architecture to the lush landscape. As I walked through the property enjoying many of the same spaces my Grandfather once did, on his many stays here, I now see why he had such a love for “the Pink Palace of the Pacific”. Like my grandfather, I will return, as I have several times. This was my first visit to this property, however, it won’t be the last after my incredible experience. Staff were amazing, as a single traveler, I felt very safe. No one negative. Mahalo

The hotel itself was lovely, though finding it was a bit of a challenge—the directions were confusing and scattered. But once we arrived, the view was absolutely worth it. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, close to the mall, and surrounded by great bars. Although the room I received wasn’t the one I originally booked through Expedia, the staff did offer a partial credit, which I appreciated. The room had a beautiful view of the beach, and while the hotel is older and not particularly modern, a simple upgrade like replacing the towels could elevate the experience to something more luxurious. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, and Chester and Sonny at the restaurant made every meal feel like a warm welcome. Overall, I’d definitely return to this place again.
