Hotel is in good location. The Pink Hop on Off Trolley stops right outside. Free water refill near lobby. Be aware, there might be an additional surcharge when checking out which was noted upon reservation but which I personally missed. 2 minute walk to the beach. No Netflix available which was a very surprising for such a name-brand hotel but all other cable channels available. No complaints about room.

Queen bed (with 4 down pillows) was spectacular! Room was ok... tile foot platform in shower was broken. No in-room microwave was disappointing for the room price). Hilton's customer service disappointed when we asked for an extra hour extension on our last day (flight out at 9:30pm) and they refused... Marriott has never refused me! Won't stay here upon my return to Waikiki Beach later this year.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite. The room was clean and comfortable. The valet area is so small and it can get crowded so easily. But I would stay again because of affordable price point.

It was okay for the price. The resort fees doesn’t include everything. If you want a microwave it’s an additional $50. You only get one beach chair a day. The second or thirds has to be rented. The magic show and all other events are not free those are additional fees.
