Overall, the hotel is good: clean, modern, excellent location. One issue was that common areas were not air conditioned at all, which made getting in and out of the room (including elevator rides) quite uncomfortable, especially given how crowded that property was.

The hotel needs to bring back the beanie bags for the adults only pool. The bathrooms are very small and the rooms can be kept cleaner. They don’t offer much upgrades for special occasions. We found a cockroach on the counter in the too on the last day. Must have came from outside the balcony but still pretty disturbing.

The Sheraton Waikiki was beautiful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean where you could see the turtles. Siana was fabulous as the waitress in the area and Sarah was wonderful helping set up towels and rescuing my hat tgst blew off. Those two were above and beyond friendly.
