Our entire experience was absolutely AMAZING!! We have grown fond of Embassy Suites over the last couple of years. So it was no surprise we wanted to stay there in Hawaii! Friendly and amazing staff, clean rooms, amenities are top notch, always have what we need. I completed a survey via text and asked for chocolates and they accommodated me! We most definitely recommend!!

Rooms were very nice and roomy. Elevators were very fast. Breakfast was very good. Location was close to shopping and the beach. Resort fee was a bit much as are not really on the beach but a very nice hotel. Having a car rental on site even if you have to walk a couple blocks to pick up the car is still better than having to pay the outrageous parking fees.

From valet service all the way to front desk and checking in along with the bell hop, to the complimentary breakfast, to the breakfast team (excellent omelette, by the way), to the cleaning staff, to the room location on the 6th floor in the Hula Tower! I had a great stay at this hotel. The beach could be seen right from the property, which made the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a nice variety each morning. They also provided snacks in the evening, which was a nice extra touch after a long day out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure guests felt welcome. The entire area was clean and well maintained. Another big plus is the convenient location—there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and find whatever you need. I also highly recommend using the valet parking. It’s available 24 hours a day and the price is very affordable, especially compared to public parking in Athens, which can be unsafe and inconvenient. Having secure parking gave me great peace of mind during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

This is a great location, it is so convenient to every thing. The staff was wonderful and always there to assist. The hotel was always clean and inviting.
