The rooms were very old and not clean. Housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning them everyday. Garbage was not taken out, towels weren't replaced, washroom was dirty. I would never stay there again. The location was great but the hotel needs renovations and better cleaners.

Had a great stay here. Location was very convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Room was great, breakfast and the evening social were equally great. The entire staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice and spacious. Amazing views. And the breakfast was very good, as well as the pool and hot tub. Location was amazing.

I need to be in the tower that faces the abc store. Hula or aloha- I don’t know. But the one tower where you have to use two elevators to get to the little coffee shop is too much. Then sometimes the outdoor escalators work or are closed off. Fix it. I love this location , love the breakfast and snacks etc.

Our maid Joy was awesome! Amenities are great, from happy hour with light munchies to a nice pool and hot tub area. Can’t beat the Lewers street location! Yardhouse restaurant at street level has great food, drinks, and service. Breakfast buffet had made to order omelettes (YUM) but the rest of the buffet was left to be desired.
