We had a wonderful time, no complaints!!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday with family. We booked a King Suite with a partial view of the ocean. The complementary breakfast was a great perk. As well as the reception every night where we got two free drinks per adult. While we didn’t eat breakfast every day nor attend the reception every night, having that as part of our stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room with clean. Having worked in the hospitality industry I was definitely analyzing everything at this establishment and I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The concierge came in very handy for organizing activities while on the island and the access to shops in the beach was ideal. Lol I neglected to get any photos of the room, I only took one video.

The staff is excellent, the property was very clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for shopping and dining. The breakfast was the best, excellent and the daily happy hour was very nice. I thought the parking fee was excessive and the resort fee was high. The pool is too small, especially for all the families and children. Overall, a good spot with minor exception.

The only complaint I have about the property’s ocean view is it is not a true ocean view but a peek-a-boo ocean view due to the multiple buildings blocking your ocean view. You still pay extra for the so-called “ocean view” though.

Our room was great but the beds are completely worn out they have valleys on each side of the bed hurts your back from sleeping like the letter "U"

Everything from shops and restaurants are walkable from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a game changer.

The place is within walking distance to the Fort Derussy beach,restaurants. Like their buffet breakfast but after few days of stay the choices are just the same.Also like the happy hour with free drinks and some snacks in the evening.
