The location is excellent. It is situated only a few blocks from the International Market and next to Maragame Udon. Staff is very friendly and professional. The property itself is outdated and only one elevator was working. Hopefully they will renovate the property, because this place is truly a value for visitors to Waikiki.

Great location. Front desk staff were amazing. Very nice, helpful and awesome! Staff were amazing. Room was fine, they brought us kitchen equipment on request. Hot water was hit and miss in that it took ages to warm up and it temperature varied a lot.

The room was clean but there were roaches. My daughter's room even had them crawl on her bed. The great thing is the location. Parking is valet only at 65 a night. I don't think I'd stay here again. Also the room looked nothing like the pictures

In general this is a very good place to stay. The problem is the first week we had no AC due to their building unit had broke down. Other wise quiet place to may things to do and is a short walk to the beach.
