The hotel is centrally located near lots of restaurants, shopping locations, and the beach. The view from our room was excellent - the ocean and Diamond Head. Zhi was very attentive to the cleanliness of our room. Parking with the valet was very convenient, but expensive. Overall, an experience we will never forget. Great hotel.

Paid for last minute upgrade to deluxe king room with ocean view. Room comfortable, good shower and bath area, safe and empty refrigerator, black curtains, efficient A/C system kept room cool. My only complaint is insufficient lighting and bedside mounted light fixtures difficult light switch location. Those fixtures should be replaced with switches eith eadu access. That said, we would return as hotel in excellent loaction on main Waikiki drag.

We had a great stay at this Outrigger. The hotel is in a great location in Waikiki for lots of eating and shopping. The beach is a bit of a walk across the street and down the access path. The rooms were very nice with a great ocean view. Unfortunately we had issues with our rooms at check in and the billing at check out. We were able to get everything resolved with the involvement of the manager but it was frustrating. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much. Next time we will take a look at the Outrigger on the ocean side.
