Best Western - Best vale hotel

This hotel is not far from the airport, which makes it easy to get to quickly. The shuttle brings you right to the front door. There was some "road noise" from the nearby expressways. The breakfast room was huge & there were lots of places to sit.

This property was convenient to the airport. There were limited dining options within walking distance. The building was very dated. The shower showed lots of wear & tear. That said, it was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The area is extremely noisy. The busy elevated highway is located very close to the hotel and very noisy. Also, the airport is extremely close, with very busy air traffic, including commercial, helicopters and military aircraft. It is on the bus line $3.00 fare. The taxi fare with tip is $60 to Waikīkī area.

Although it is an older property, it is very close to the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms, has parking, places to eat within easy walking distance. I would stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Hawaii & Best Western delivered. The free breakfast was good & Hotel staff were awesome. Was a little pricey to park a vehicle ($220 for 5 nights) but we saved money not having to use Uber every time we left.

Near highway. Too much noise. Also, no shuttle service. Asked us to take taxi from airport and it cost us $45. Hotel manager wanted us present the receipt, but rude taxi driver did nit give one and insisted cash only. We did not get reimbursed by the hotel, after adking us to hire taxi.
