Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. As the amenities are spread across three floors, prepare yourself to be driven insane by the lifts. But if you give yourself extra time and you’ll be all good.

Property was good however I paid for the entire room before I cam only to be hit with “ Resorts Charges”. We were already paying higher costs to stay in this hotel so why did we get hit with another charge that wasn’t exactly visible to us before we are arrived. I found the lack of visibility on this less than professional. You essentially had no choice but to pay.

The resort was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Located right across from the beach and had a pool. Nice feature was that the daily resort fee included 3 items per room per day for the beach such as beach chairs, boogie boards or waterproof wireless speaker. The pool was unfortunately shaded most of the day but it was beautiful. Sixt rental car is right at the resort for easy access to rental car. Overall would definitely recommend.
