the facility was nice easy access to shopping area, staff is nice, but they didn't clean well after the previous guess, till food in the refrigerator, they never clean it after asked multiple time, also I asked for higher flow because I was right above the pool area, and they play Dj music into late night they couldn't accommodate me; it was hard for my husband and I to rest before midnight.

Loved how close it was to the beach and various dining options. The main lobby and hotel amenities were beautiful and well kept. However, the rooms were outdated and not the cleanest; when we complained about the room it was taken care of immediately and we received some credits for the inconvenience. The pictures online are different than the actual room. Staff was friendly and nice. Besides the outdated rooms, it is a very lovely place.

Valet Service: The valet staff demonstrated inconsistent professionalism, showing attention only to guests utilizing their services while ignoring others. Front Desk Experience: Despite being an Expedia Gold member, I was denied the complimentary room upgrade typically associated with this status. Additionally, our room lacked a bathtub, which was disappointing given that we were traveling with two children and had specifically requested family-friendly accommodations. Lost and Found Issues: After accidentally leaving my car key at the pool, the retrieval process revealed significant operational gaps. Despite the key being properly submitted to lost and found, staff at three different locations (pool, bell desk, and reception) were unaware of the hotel's lost and found procedures or location. This resulted in a full day of searching and nearly required a $500 tow service. The situation was only resolved when security intervened after noticing the tow truck on property. Overall Assessment: These service inconsistencies detracted from what should have been a special occasion with my family. The lack of coordination between departments and unfamiliarity with basic hotel services suggests systemic training issues.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this resort. The view from our room was incredible and the convenience of having everything nearby was exceptional. We enjoyed the on site restaurants and all of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay here.
