The staff was very accommodating, the valet was 10/10!! The view from our room was 1000/10 I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and fresh air even watched the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. There was so much around us we were able to walk to get coffee, to get something to eat even walked to the shops and of course the beach is just feet away from the hotel lobby!! We enjoyed our stay at Twin Fin.

The property is in a great location; everything is walking distance. The elevators are difficult to use especially when during check in/out times. I had the breakfast on floor 21, the view was amazing however the food was not worth the price, taste was lacking, bread items little old (hard).

Honestly, hotel is ran down and not up to date. Room service comes every today but kept the same sheets? Our door was left open after room service we asked for footage and they made us fill out a report but no response back. Carpet dirt, place is dirty and they make you pay a resort fee for absolutely not worth it at all: would not recommend to anyone or book again.
