We appreciated the very close proximity to Wiakiki Beach- we could walk out the door, cross the street and swim, snorkel or surf. The hotel is adjacent to a very nice and treesy park. The property is older than some of the others that are nearby. The hotel staff keep the property in good condition.

This property was dirty Oreos water bottles and trash in rooms under the bed. Trash stayed there the entire stay. The AC made all kinds of noise, they “fixed” it. It went bad and smelled like an electrical fire within 24 hours, we had to change rooms no upgrades just sorry, that room was also filthy. Don’t be in a hurry to get your car to go somewhere at times you wait for over an hour. The wind literally blows in one side of the building and out the other making a whistling sound . Expedia I am really disappointed this hotel should not have that many stars. Breakfast is not cooked on site.

The elevator system was a problem, always freezing up because of the system they use. The pool was absolutely disgusting...there was so much hair and other debris in it we didn't even get in and really only saw kids who didn't realize or care getting in. For the cost of the resort fee, I expect a clean pool. They don't allow you to park on your own, you are required to valet park and then you have that expense and the expense of the tips every single time. Otherwise it was pretty decent. We stayed at a different hotel last time for not much more in cost and it's definitely worth upgrading.

Loved our oceanfront room! Great staff, very responsive. Rented a car for day use from the Avis desk in the hotel. Swam in the ocean twice a day, then went to the pool and enjoyed pool side service! A relaxing six day stay!

Pretty much slapped paint on old run down hotel motel 6 is nicer then this place probably spent more money on glamorizing in web advertising then actual hotel then there’s no parking at all $56 day plus tax on valet parking and all the fees they charge is insane we paid almost $2000 in resort fees $870 was just on Expedia then when we got there was another $450 per room for the week what a joke definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there and we are definitely never visiting that hotel ever again save your money and spend extra for a actual nice hotel trust me
