Staff were very nice. It was hot in Oahu in August and it was so nice to come in from the heat to fresh made beds with clean sheets every day. Only negative was the parking. They had approx 49 stalls and 3 of our 10 nights we had to go to another parking lot. It was very close so no big deal.

Very good budget hotel.

Clean room/bathroom is of importance to me. So I was satisfied, then the maid Florenda and other staff turned out very helpful and professional. Location in the Waikiki area was also a plus.

The parking was horrible. Not enough spaces for the number of guests. Had to park in a parking garage down the road. Room was quiet and clean. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Staff was not friendly at all.

The hotel was outdated, dark, dingy and dirty. The parking was extremely limited in spite of being charged for it. Parking was first come first served and we often found ourselves unable to find a parking spot but we were charged daily. The rooms are in serious need of a renovation since they are dark and depressing and everything looks old and worn out. The hotel has fragrance pumping constantly into the common areas which caused headaches since we are extremely sensitive to fragrance. Artificial fragrance is also very toxic and should not be forced on guests. Finally, the location is far from beach access, shopping and dining. The area is run down and felt unsafe.
