Lovely staff. Restaurant had a not so great breakfast. The shower had no hot water in the morning. They had a free shuttle to take you where you wanted to go, but the driver gave us a look when we said where we were going because there was a lot of traffic. So, we walked.

Not a great experience. Water was shut off the first night. Shower water takes 20 mins to warm up before you can get in. There was a horrible smelll coming from the sink. The iron was broken. Beds were not made. Bathroom was never cleaned. No new towels and wash cloths. You get what you pay for!

The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly!!!! The food in the restaurant was delicious and so convenient! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The lobby is lovely and the room was clean. They offer a free shuttle to anywhere within two miles of the hotel, which was great for us as it saved us from paying for parking downtown and dealing with the traffic.

Lobby was nice, but we were definitely disappointed. Rooms were very old, shelves in bathroom were all sloped and couldn’t hold accessories. Elevators were constantly down and we even got stuck in one for 20 minutes. Hotel offer us nothing compensatory.
