the room had no Black out curtains and the outside lights were so bright trying to sleep was like trying to sleep with the lights on So after a long day at the tradeshow there was no way to get any sleep The person at the front desk when I checked out said I would get a credit but that DIDN'T happen

The rooms were a good size with a lot of places to store clothes and shoes. I would have liked an executive room that was a little quieter instead of out in the lobby where it was loud. The pillows were not very good. They had a lot of air in them and would not conform to your head easily. The shower was very strange. You had to enter from the back to turn on the water and cold water got on you when you did. Never did figure out that one.

Great hotel for downtown Tampa and an easy 15 min Uber to the midflorida credit union amphitheater and the airport. Friendly helpful staff. The free area shuttle service was a great added bonus. Good sized room, looking a little dated. Some points lost as the shower was only lukewarm but overall comfortable for a short stay

The cook was two hours late for work so we waited a long time to get breakfast. Was leaving in our cruise and didn’t want to go anywhere else. The lady waiting tables and bar was excellent though! She did an awesome job on her own by taking care of us all while we waited!
