The hotel and its staff are fantastic! $10 a day for self parking whereas many hotels nearby are $50 a day for valet only. They have a shuttle that'll take you and pick you up anywhere within 2 mi of the hotel and it is conveniently situated to where you can. Pretty much walk or use public transportation to get anywhere you need to go

Old hotel. Pictures are deceiving. Only update is the bathroom. The bar:restaurant is old too. The plus is the shuttle service that will take you anywhere within 2 miles and pick you up. The drivers were so pleasant and took us to the shops and restaurants. Also shuttle service to the ship. I would stay again but for the one night only.

Perfect location for seeing a show at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts! We could literally see the back of the theatre from our room and it had a great water view. The restaurant/bar on the hotel had great drinks and the staff were super friendly and helpful! It’s within walking distance to food and shops!

I was reluctant to stay here because of some of the poor reviews, but we took a chance. This place is perfect - and the location - directly across the street from the Straz Center, couldn't be better. The restaurant is good and convenient, there's a little shop with snacks and microwave meals. Though the halls maybe were slightly dated, the room was modern and perfect. Don't let the poor reviews deter you. This place is a gem and we'll be staying here in the future.

I’ve stayed here twice now before cruising from Tampa port. Shuttle service and cruise parking are super convenient. Love to direct access to the Riverwalk and close proximity to Armature Works venue. This is now our go-to Tampa hotel of choice.

Great hotel if you are visiting Tampa. Beautiful views of the river and a great location close to downtown attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and nearby activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful with requests. The rooms are a little older, but clean. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. It’s in downtown Tampa and felt safe. There was a water refill station and a little market place selling snacks.
