Originally I didn’t want to write a review but after getting the folio I can’t help myself and I cannot write anything longer than 1500 characters so short version It is one of those typical hotels that want to appear fancy but in reality they are just overpriced and want to appear like a Ritz Carlton or a Four Season but at the end they are just another mediocre barely 4 Star hotel. Wannabe suites, one cockroach and several silverfish in a $1,000 per night “suite”with motel size bathrooms, stained sheets, housekeeping that storms into bedroom of a suite despite DND sign on and then says “oh this is a suite? oopsie”, $25 towel fee even though towels were returned…overall a place just desperate for cash. And no room service whatsoever. The kicker is the “mall” on the lower floor where pushy sales people storm out of the “beauty” shops to aggressively paddle their garbage. Never again.
