Suitable for an overnight stay before an early flight. The window was not soundproof, and the shuttle bus to the airport operated hourly, you need to call the hotel for pickup.

Has bar and restaurant on site which is nice if coming in around dinner time! Water was hot and beds comfortable! Usually don’t like staying close to airport but it was quiet and slept great

Honolulu airport hotel is not a good place to stay. They staff is totally disrespectful and evil. The office manager, the assistant manager they all total disrespectful evil, and don’t have no one out the rules they clean but then again they are garbage Internet doesn’t work refrigerator and freezer doesn’t get cold. They have bad service and guess that be there not good meeting

dirty, dated, smelly room (smelled like urine!), Yuk yuk yuk. insufficient towels in room for our party. I didn't notice "resort fee" charge of $35 per night when booking with Hotels.com, which is a total joke for this hotel. Not sure how it has received acceptable ratings - lesson learned - don't trust ratings. Apparently "resort fee" is for coffee in room, fitness center, shuttle, blah blah blah. All things which should be included in room charge, particularly given dated and yukky condition of hotel. We wanted nothing to do with anything-- only needed a room to sleep in for two nights and the only thing we used is a 1 mile shuttle to airport for our daughter. This is all on top of paying approx $45 per night to park our rental. It was difficult for us to stay a second night after suffering thru our first- definitely the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Ever. Yuk. (One of our daughters changed her flight and took a redeye the second night to avoid staying a second night she was so grossed out.) Never again. Never again. Bad on you, Wyndham. Hate the extra we had to pay for parking and ridiculous "resort" fee. I called hotel to complain, to no avail. I will add that I almost NEVER take the time to rate hotels at which we stay, but I definitely needed to take the time to express our opinion about the conditon of this hotel and the extra unwarranted charges we experienced.

A big thank you to the team for a lovely stay. The staff is very courteous, and Janafe from room service deserves a special shout-out for her amazing work—our room was always clean and comfortable thanks to her! The hotel is also very safe and quiet. We’ll be back!
