While this resort is ocean front there is essentially no to little beach as compared to other resorts. Overall the resort is well maintained. Both restaurants are excellent and include live entertainment (certain times of the day). Unless you have a preference for soft beds, this is not the hotel for you as the beds are soft. No daily room cleaning which means garbage pick up and coffee refills are limited (in the room). Not something we were informed of when booking.

The beach area is easy accessible. The premise provides towels and water bottles which are amazing. Love it! Will be back for sure.

The room was spacious, and the hotel lobby and surrounding area were beautiful and welcoming. Both restaurants on hotel grounds had excellent service and great food. I don’t usually eat at hotels but found myself coming back to them. The staff were also extremely pleasant and helpful

The hotel does not have a washer or dryer and there is only a small swim pool, no microwave. Im not sure how they receive their 4 star rating. It more like a 3 star max imo. The rooms counter top and bathroom area are designed in a way that you can barely put anything on them.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel our room was large and very clean and great facilities iron and iron board tea and coffee making facilities,There are two restaurants which are very nice , staff were lovely at hotel . You can access the beach out the back of the hotel to your right hand side and walk further along to a larger beach , to the left there is no access.The pool in the centre of the hotel ,there is a drink service from one of the restaurants ,because it is in the middle of buildings it doesn't get much sun after 3 ish but the water is still nice and warm . The rooms on lower floors are better to have on the pool side unless you have a sea view , as very little space between this hotel and the one next to it so partial sea view is very limited on that side and I’m not sure it’s worth the extra money to pay but the poolside we had a beautiful view with partial Seaview . There is a Starbucks and an ABC store in the hotel and two minutes walk to restaurants, shops , yes I would stay here again

Pretty good except the band at the pool bar. The band Oct 3rd 2025 was very rude. We requested Bruno Mars. They said “Go to Las Vegas!” several times. We felt very very sad.
