The staff was amazingly courteous and the room was great. Shoutout to Jackie for greeting us on our floor every time we walked by by name, gave our stay a personal feel to it.

The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was ver nice and clean. The food was great (loved the poke nachos), and the location on Waikiki is perfect!

We had “ocean front” room which is excellent, and breakfast was good. Room was spotless & housekeeping came each day, working around our schedule. From the time we checked in, staff seemed to know our names and gave great service. Two times front desk staff left the front desk to help us. Only downside was the hotel’s Monkeypod restaurant had loud music at dinner - we preferred other restaurants for dinner.

Overall it is good for the price that we paid. The water station on 17th floor looks very old (needs to be replaced), so we went to the Lobby to get drinking water.
