Really liked the location. It’s on the edge of Waikīkī. It’s close to the main area of Waikīkī that you can easily walk there. And the Ala Moana Center is a short walk too. Our room was really comfortable. The bed comfortable. The bathroom spacious. We had a great time here.

Front desk staff have been there for decades, thus, “hospitality” became saccharined. Housekeeping crew deserves a five star rating. They are mostly Filipinos and are cheerful and hardworkers. They carried out the Aloha 🌺spirit. Excellent coffee at the lobby. Can’t room charge, not part of the hotel. Building needs to be renovated. Dated facilities and low corridor ceilings. I stayed at their corner suite with breathtaking oceanfront views for over a week. They’re not even grateful. One of the female night staff gave me a lecture of not getting an extra bottle of water for the extended stay. Hawaiian mean ugly woman.
