"We were surprisingly pleased by this wonderful facility from the moment we checked in with Nikki at the front desk and the restaurant staff John and China and the wonderful hotel representative Ashly who helped us so much Lakiesha and Alma. It’s just an incredible group of staff The hotel was incredibly clean. Bed was comfortable and there is a wonderful lanai outdoor seating and a pool. This hotel definitely has everything you need. We came for an unexpected stay to help a family member, and we were quite pleased and look forward to returning."

"Our reservation was for two queen beds. The room they tried to give us had only one queen bed. We were three people. After much back and forth, they gave us two rooms for the first night, then switched is to a 2 bed room the next night. Out of our three total rooms, one of them had a terrible odor and two had bathroom sinks that would not drain. Dirty walls, stains on carpet, door handles that you didn't want to touch. I know we did not pay for a room at the Ritz, but having decently clean accommodations is a reasonable expectation. I could go on about the staff but I feel that is a waste of time."

I left rings that were very important to me there and I knew exactly where I left them, I messaged him and he sent pictures of everything I left and the pictures were of literal garbage in the garbage can. Then would not ask the people who came after us the very next day if they had maybe found any"
