It's a new property so still nice & clean but no pool. In all my travels, every hotel has always let me check in early. No this one, not even just an hour early. On top of it, the front desk person was not helpful or exactly friendly.

It's a quiet place, but at the same time, you can hear everything, as if the walls were made of paper. The neighbor next door was watching TV all night long.

Great, helpful staff. Clean hotel, nice amenities. Hotel looked just as pictured on the app. No false advertising. Modern hotel, nice parking lot. Fairly priced. Would definitely come back.

Staff friendliness could be a bit better at the check-in desk not the best first impression, cleanliness and newness of the property. Saved the day. Need to make sure you have smiling, friendly, welcoming people at the front desk to match this beautiful new property.

Bad attitude at check in

Front desk receptionist seemed to hate her job and acted bothered to help anyone check in, it really soured the entire stay. It was a studio with a stove and fridge which were great but there were no plates, utensils or cooking pans. There was even dish soap and a sponge, just nothing to use it on.
