Every thing was great staff and room.. my only suggestion is since i am a senior I found the beds too high and difficult to get into. It would be nice if you had steps like they have for dogs to get up on a bed. They could be stored in the closet. I am sure others have mentioned this issue Other than that we had a great stay

I love the hotel and the property and the staff. My only criticism of the hotel is the room needs to have doors on the full bathroom. It's too open for privacy, especially middle of the night. I'll still be back

No hot water. Didn’t get a receipt and had to call multiple times and the people I talked to don’t even know what they’re doing. I simply just requested a receipt and put me on hold for so long and still didn’t get what I wanted. The dealer was rude at the casino. Parking spot smells piss. Over price. Awful experience.
