We stayed there for one night because one of the two small pools was on the water and we thought it would be nice to spend some time there. The pool is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and when we got there, we were told it was closed for the day, at 2:00 for a PRIVATE event. I don't understand why they would close the pool...the one featured on their site...for a private event. So disappointing.

This is perhaps the first hotel that I’ve felt like I got good value for the destination fee. From s’mores kit to shuttle to the airport. Jane in breakfast was amazing. Great convo. Impressive person. So personable. All front desk staff was phenomenal. Especially Jasmine (who was so kind answering all of our questions.) The room was also huge room and the bed comfy. Also, all the food at the hotel was good, thankfully. A lot of times "hotel food" is just so-so. Not here. Very tasty!

Toilet wouldn't flush, silverware only available from bar tender who is occupied with chatting when you just want to eat your Uber eats meal in your room after a long day, parking costs $30-$40 extra and requires a low clearance vehicle, no non-carbonated energy drinks in the mini shop. Lipstick on one of the bed sheets.
