The staff was fine but everything else was a terrible experience. We had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t cleaned. The second room, the A/C went out, half the electrical outlets didn’t work and the third room was subpar. The beds were uncomfortable. The hallways smelled like mildew, maybe due to the opening in the ceiling tile with a bucket to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. The “continental” breakfast consisted of cold eggs and sausage, cereal with questionable smelling milk, and toast. Our room keys were replaced too many times to count because they stopped working. Will not stay here again.

The check-in experience was my first impression and it was a great one! Sai D. Was very personable and professional. He made me feel at home. Unfortunately, there were some negatives that made me give a low rate. I will talk about the pros and cons. Pros: Check-in service was fantastic. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure and new multi-jetstream shower head were fantastic. Cons: The phone was disconnected. Perhaps because it was missing half the keys on the device, so it would be pointless to connect it. The faux leather on the chair where one sits to use the desk had about an 8-inch wide peeled off section across the top, from side to side. The rate included breakfast and all there was in the buffet was a bottle of cold milk, cereal, literally 6 slices of bread so one can toast (peanut butter and jelly, but no butter), pastries in their wrapers, the waffle iron was off, and 3 sandwich-sized mini egg omelets with 4 links (in a chafing dish that was not turned on, so they were cold). Breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30am and I assumed someone was late and tgtavthey were still setting up. When I returned an hour late, it was all exactly the same.

Not the Comfort Suites

Very friendly staff. The hotel property, lobby and rooms are run down, just not well maintained. The floor was not clean in the room, but everything else seemed fairly clean, the bed had clean sheets. The hotel has seen better days, but, you get what you pay for.

Upon booking for the reservation, we asked for early check-in. We arrive no cars in the parking lot. Try to check in. They said none of the rooms are available as they were all rented out the night before and the cleaning lady showed up late and we were told that it would be 30 minute wait and she wanted to try to charge us $20 check-in fee we wait the 30 minutes come back and get access to the room and we check the cleanliness of the room and it was filthy so we requested cleaning supplies and towels, so we could clean our own room. There is no microwave in the room to heat up our food later that evening we noticed someone bathing in the pool on the property totally unacceptable. Back to the check-in. I asked if they had a different room available so we didn’t have to wait being that we requested an early check-in. She said all the rooms were booked because of the concert that evening, which was a total lie there was three cars in the parking lot and no additional cars after the concert nor the next morning it was like a ghost town not sure that I’d recommend this place as it needs a lot of help.

Go to our room and it stinks like marijuana. Get a new room, very run down and had bugs (centipedes) not very clean and the mini fridge didn’t work. Seemed to have mold as well in the bathroom and door frame.
