Staff, room, restaurant was great! The only thing I didn't like was, we told them about the AC not being cold. Came back and nothing was changed. Wasn't fixed. Told them again at checkout. Hopefully they'll fix it this time. It was colder in the hallway than it was in the room.

The staff was courteous and the room seemed fine. My major issue was the smell in the room. It's a very artificial & toxic smell like a plug in air polluter (not freshner bc they are EXTREMELY toxic!). As someone with asthma, it was hard to deal with. I'm glad my stay was short.

Excellent room, 2 Queen. CLEAN. Well laid-out. Stayed 3 eves. Even microwave (now on each floor) was well maintained on our 4th fl. (get this...(clean as a whistle" !!) Terrific, helpful front desk. The Restaurant & Bar- 5 stars. Food was superior. No junk. Ate there 3 times! Breakfast looked very good but had to by-pass due to our schedule. Shuttle service just super - both times -to Car rental & TPA Airport. Would stay again next time when visiting FL cousins. Thank you Holiday Inn!

When we entered at the front desk, the smell was horrible ( waste, sewage)etc…). That spread th the second floor by the following morning ( floor we were on) Then the day before we were checking out, our room keys were deactivated, had to straighten that out Last, we were having an issue with the television remote, called the front desk for batteries, they had my husband come down. They told him they would contact maintenance, I few minutes later , maintenance showed up, said” no speak English” stood in front of the tv, hit the buttons and it worked, tried to tell him it doesn’t work from 10 feet away, needs batteries, AGAIN” no speak English!!!” Needless to say, very unsatisfactory stay

The location is good. The room needs to be remodeled. The windows had condensation and dripping water from the seals being gone. The faucet in the tub had a slow drip. The maid service didn’t come to make our beds except for the 1st day. She took our towels and didn’t replace them the whole time. Called front desk and they said we had to come down to get them at 1:00 am. The shuttle service was not as they advertised. It was 50 mins late every time. It supposed to run every 1/2 hour on the hour. It could make you be late for your flight if you had to depend on it. They charge for parking $15 a day which is crazy to me seeing they have attached garage with a lot of spots. I know it’s better than other resorts but based on the condition of the hotel they should include it. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns in Tampa this was the worst one. They could find my rewards number and don’t offer to sign me. Instead to call the 1-800 number.
