Obviously a rundown hotel they tried to slap some new paint on it and sell it as luxury. Rude staff at check in, no breakfast offered, no elevators close to the room, room claimed to have a queen bed but what we got was a very short barely twin bed. I’m 5’10” and my head was on the wall and my feet was hanging off of the bed. Both my wife and I tried to sleep in the bed but we both had to side sleep and couldn’t move. Absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning reaches the very small partitioned off bedroom so no matter how cold the rest of the hotel room got, the bedroom was stifling hot. Ended up moving to the couch in the living space that smelled musky and moldy worse than the rest of the room. Judging by the rest of the rooms around the floor we were on, we received one of the better rooms. The hotel did have amazing views of sunrise, and you could see Tampa Bay from the balcony. But no access to the bay or the beach area. Sheets were clean and room was equipped with a kitchenette. Overall, terrible stay. Photos, rating and reviews were highly misleading and did not represent the current state of the property.

The room smelled terribly of mold and damp. The carpets were stained, random personal items of previous guests in cupboards, with dirty towels. Sofa bed wasn’t made up for our children, when we asked for it to be made up, a fitted sheet was left on the couch whilst we were out. No idea how this place has a 8.4 rating on Hotels.com. Don’t get me wrong, with the location and outdoor space like the beach seating, it could be great - but it’s not.

Reserved room for full water view. I got a room that was stuck in the corner. Looked over a parking lot. Looked over some greenery in volleyball court which lights were on at night then I got to see the water. Would not change my room. Outdated would not bring family for a vacation here.
