This place needs serious maintenance. The shower head was broken. Alarm clock broken. Tub drain was slow. There are five floors and all ice machines were broken. The next day two floors had ice the others were broke.

The rooms need some cosmetic work. They seem old and outdated. In the shower you can tell that it was somewhat repaired. The floor in the room was all scratched up and you could see signs of water damage. I had to change rooms because the tv wasn’t working in the first one. The elevator had holes and damage and was very squeaky. Computers in business center was not working but the staff was polite enough to print what I needed printed. The staff that I encountered was friendly.

The room smelled terrible , a 2 bed room was requested but only a 1 bed was available. We were advised to come back at a later time to switch rooms. We got the room the next night which made the difference. Over all the hotel needs a lot of work. I would not recommend it.

I was unable to check in because I missed my flight and did not check in at the time first indicated. I then was told that they had no rooms and were completely booked. It’s completely understandable if there was instructions that indicated if you don’t check in by a specific time your room will be forfeited however that was not indicated at any point and they were able to double charge for my room. I was not refunded and the rented the room again. These types of business tactics seem unjust. Really disappointed in Expedia and Ramada.

I had to switch rooms 3 times . First time no television and no maintance to fix it. Next room , the vent above the toilet leaked and I had a puddle in the bathroom and a wet toilet . Rumor has it the hotel is for sale and they are not keeping it up and it shows. It has declined and continues to do so. Can not blame staff for these things. Staff was as accommodating as they could be with what the had to work with
