Breakfast was mediocre, continental alright but some fruit option and yogurt would have been good or at least mention it was a cold breakfast before booking so you know what to expect. The room looked old and dirty, it was definitely cleaned but the room looks so run down and old that it seemed dirty, but you could tell they had cleaned it. Does that make sense? The bathroom did not have a fan or if it did, it did not work. The staff was amazing and friendly.

Staff was courteous. The room was clean, but the heater didn’t work well and the room never felt warm even when set on 90 degrees. (The temperature in Tampa that night was about 32 degrees). Heard another customer had this issue as well. Breakfast was just fine. They also offered a shuttle to the cruise port for a small fee which was nice.

The toilet didn’t flush, the door handle to the bathroom was broke, there was paint peeling in the shower. We stayed when it got down to 30’F and they didn’t have heat!!
