Room was nice but carpeting just gave a dirty feeling to the room . poor lighting in room, bath was old.overall place is fine for a few days but needs some updating . Biggest complaint is after having a few beers at lobby bar using lobby mens room was disgusting!! smelled like a NYC subway bathroom.

The location of the property is great. However, customer service is severely lacking. The inside of the property needs upkeep. The carpet is ripped and dirty in places. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Overall, great location, subpar staff and unclean. I would not recommend this property to anyone, which is sad because the property has potential.

Great property.. The front desk was exceptional. They had stopped the shuttle for the night, but the front desk clerk ask Robert to come back and pick me up in which he did. It was amazing! Thank you for the great day.

Stay away from this old property
At check in the hotel agent could not find my reservation and I had to look for it at the hotel.com website to prove that I had a reservation, that took a while because she was the only person at check in and was also running other duties at the hotel, I later claimed by breakfast vouchers that had been send to me and she insisted breakfast was not included, finally I was able to find the email saying that breakfast was included and she gave me the vouchers. I have stay here before and the place is in desperate need of repair and upgrading the hotel overall is bad and it shows the age, I will not be coming back

My biggest issue was my room happened to be next to the elevators near the top floor so I could hear the motors running them up and down throughout the night. I could also hear the person in the next room when he was using the toilet. So I didn’t have the best sleep even though I liked the bed.

Great location as it is close to a shopping mall and gas stations, etc. This hotel is the middle section and between two office building sections of the Urban Center. Hotel facilities are good, but may have windows blacked out because the windows face the offices (all glass walls).
