"This hotel has the basics covered: it was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly, especially Sonny, who was very helpful. The reason for the average rating is that some amenities advertised as typical for an airport hotel were lacking. There is no real hotel shuttle service; instead, they will reimburse or arrange an Uber. There’s also no actual bar — the front desk will make drinks, but they are overpriced for what you get. What really bothered me and my friends, though, was the atmosphere created by having Newsmax playing in the common areas. This country is already divided enough politically, and it felt inappropriate for a Hyatt airport hotel serving travelers from all over the country to have headlines displayed like “Shut Your Pie Hole” alongside political commentary and images targeting women. A more neutral news station would have been far more appropriate in a setting meant to welcome guests of all backgrounds and viewpoints. If you prefer to avoid political or highly partisan environments while traveling, this may not be the best choice for you."
