"Loved the resprt and the staff was so friendly. Have one complaint and that was we put our stuff on chairs and went in the pool and they took all our stuff sayung we left it unattended. Which is ridiculously not true ."

"The Haven Riviera Cancun exceeded our expectations. The staff were so kind, helpful, and fun. The service was incredible. The food was absolutely delicious. There were options for everyone. We especially loved the mexican steak house and olios. The buffet was also out of this world. The pools were clean and had many different options for lounging areas. We loved how one pool area was more upbeat (sometimes had a dj, water volley ball, etc.) and one was more relaxing and quiet. They had so many fun activities to do throughout our stay including yoga classes, water aerobics, water spinning classes, volley ball, ping pong, dancing classes, cooking classes, tequila tastings, and more. We loved the mixology bar which had a different theme each night. They had great entertainment options including nightly shows, the night club, dj, and even live music by the pool! There was just always something to do! It was convenient to have both the pools and gym open 24/7. We also did a spa day which was AMAZING. Additionally, our room was spotless. The cleaning staff were great. The bedding was super comfy. I could go on and on about how much we loved it here. Like I said, ALL the staff were incredible, but I would like to shout out jonas, pepe, alfredo, pedro, wnrique and carlos! We will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. It wad the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. "
