Best all inclusive we've ever been to. Slightly edged our Xcaret Arte. Everything was top notch: Food: we were able to get into every restaurant we wanted. Takeshi (asian) was our fav. Get the pad thai - best pad thai of my life. Drinks: every bar and restaurant could make any specialty cocktail you wanted. The liquor was not watered down. Their house wine was good too - no need to buy bottles Service: everyone that we encountered was very professional and well trained. They were nice, fast and wanted to make sure you had a good time. Shout out to Guadalupe by the pool. She was our favorite on the trip. She was super sweet and kept our pool cocktails full. Rooms: We were originally in an ocean view room in building 1, above the reception. We had a "party suite" above us and you could hear people dragging chairs and tables all night long. After two nights, we asked to be moved. The staff was excellent and moved us to a swim out room in building 2 at no charge. It was fantastic. Pool: we didn't have any issues getting pool chairs but if you want the double pool beds, you had to get them by 8am. People played the towel game, but it wasn't ever too bad. Beach: they clean the seaweed off the beach every morning. They have a dozen thatched huts and about 2 dozen chairs by the beach. Beach wasn't ever crowded due to the water being a tad rough. But beautiful and definitely an option.
Roof top pool - INSPIRA folks can go up whenever. Everyone else can go up after 6pm

Everything about this resort blew us away. The rooms are stunning and well upkept, it’s hard to believe the quality of the food is included, as it rivals some of the best restaurants, and the concierge went out of their way to make our visit memorable. Seldom have I been impressed with the hospitality of an all inclusive resort, but the entire stay was something special. Beyond impressed.

Staff was hit or miss. On check in the service was poor ( and we checked in at 4PM, not at a night hour), my partner and I had no idea where the amenities/restaurants were on the resort. The resort is fairly large and we spend the entire first day walking around trying to figure out what was what, where was where etc. Only on the second day did someone come to the room to let us know where we could find amenities. Pool side staff was also hit or miss. Some servers were fantastic, some were borderline rude. Hosts at restaurants were rude - if you did not have a reservation, even if the restaurant was empty, they would turn you away. There were also many racoons on the property - when people left their room service out overnight, raccoons would roam the hallways.. not expected of a 5* resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Atelier. The resort is stunning and clean, the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, and the food was phenomenal. The experience team (Jonathan, Ethan, Carlos, and Bryan) were great and had fun activities throughout the week, including Spanish classes, water aerobics, a bike experience and several art and painting classes that we really enjoyed. All the restaurants had fresh food that was delicious. Special thank you to David, Jesus, Placido, Alfonso, Adalina, and Erik for their exceptional service. We will be back as this resort is a 10/10
