Absolutely incredible! Best. Resort. Experience. Ever. If you are trying to decide where to go for your all-inclusive vacation, look no further. This is the place! From the moment we arrived, we (regular people) were treated like royalty. We were greeted with cold cloths, sparkling wine, and helpful guidance. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and we communicated that to staff throughout our stay with incredible results. That initial amazing treatment and level of service continued throughout our four-night stay. Every interaction with staff was warm and responsive. Each day brought a new unexpected kindness. Every restaurant did a superb job of recognizing the celebratory event and adding personal flair to our experience. This experience exceeded expectations that we didn't even know existed. We are exceedingly grateful to the management and employees at Villa Del Palmar for making this occasion even more special than we had hoped. Came during low season beginning of September and the hotel felt empty which was great. There was still activities for kids and adults to join. The staff was very accommodating. The only 2 things we disliked were 1. hotels food/ although drinks were great. 2. Water smell was awful. Taking a shower didn’t make you feel fresh and clean because the water smelled like sewer.

The resort was clean - from the rooms to the pool and beach ! The food was good , it just took a while to figure out what worked well for us. The breakfast was 10/10 , sooo many options & kid approved. It was noted to us that we came during a less crowded tourist time (mid August) so just a small tip. This is a more secluded hotel - not in Hotel Zone but you can take taxis around Cancun. If you’re looking for partying this may not be the right fit for you. This is a place to unwind, be with family & friends. We will DEFINITELY be coming back !

We enjoyed the daily treats and drinks, the fresh towels and clean room that was done daily. We loved the pools and proximity tot he beach, the hammock on our balcony, the beautiful balcony table to watch the sun rise every morning, the view, the exotic feel with all the fauna. I also loved the automatic curtains. The staff was great as well as the food. Veronica was a gem.We loved our trip!

Our stay was perfect for my family very safe, clean, and comfortable. The beds were spotless and cozy, and the staff was exceptionally well-trained, caring, and friendly. Overall, both my family and friends were very happy with the experience. I’ll definitely continue to recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly.
