The hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We had a big group since we were celebrating a 40th and a 10th birthday party. Daniel at the pool bar and all our servers at the pool and restaurants were great. Always making sure we had drinks and food available. Our butlers were sahid and Gustavo and they again always made sure our reservations were ready every night and helped us with pool chairs everyday. We loved our time here and will be back

We were a group of 15 and we had a great time. We were able to get dinner reservations for our big group every night. We did have the help of our butlers Gustavo and Zahid who ensured we were always up to date with the resort's activities and restaurant reservations. The service at the pool was great and our guy Jose always remembered what we were drinking. Food service to the pool was fast and good. The last day we were there my daughter's stuffy was taken by accident with the laundry service and every member of the staff did everything they could to find it in a pile of thousands of towels and sheets. We were so grateful for all their hard work in finding her! One suggestion I would have for this resort would be for the kids' popsicles poolside to be included on the all-inclusive option as well as the carousel! This hotel was great for our big family, and we had a great time.

This property was quite nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and there were 2 hammocks. I slept in the hammock on the balcony for 3 nights and it was good, but it was noisy. The toilet also had sewer smell. Other than that, the service was excellent. The food was quite good especially the DAO restaurant. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding for free, except there were many seaweed floating in the water affecting the quality of the beach. If they can block off the seaweed and clean the water giving an area for the guests to enjoy, it would have made the experience better. There was no privacy wall in the room for shower which is more suitable for couples instead of family with children.

Although we paid for the all-inclusive option that includes tips, we kept having to sign for our food and drinks; we felt enormous pressure from staff at all the restaurants to leave extra gratuity. Even though we kept telling them we paid for the all-inclusive option, staff kept insisting the tip is not included. I will only go to a resort where every guest has to be on the all-inclusive plan. There was plenty of up-selling going on at the restaurants with the paid premium food and drink items; otherwise, the included food is delicious at all restaurants. The property itself is small, but beautiful. The activities team and the room cleaning staff are the best.

This is by far the best resort in all Mexico. U want to go to Cancun and enjoy your stay with friends and family this is where to be. Very family friendly for all kids and ages. Great for adults as well. We had such an amazing time and counting down the days to return our family trip next year back. U will not regret. So classy clean high end relaxing and much more.
