"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"Atelier was an excellent property for couples and small groups to relax and enjoy a more modern resort. The staff was fantastic and attended to our needs at every turn. The pool experience was very nice although I would recommend a more diverse selection of popular music. The drinks were top notch and creative and the poolside service was consistent even as more guests arrived later in our stay. The restaurants were also a plus with the Italian and Asian cuisine being our favorite. The beach was well maintained despite this time of year being a terrible time for sargaso. Staff raked the beach daily and trucks cleared most of the remaining seaweed. This not the clearest or most beautiful beach we have seen but I imagine that Nov through March is perfect. The rooms were spacious with nice showers and separate toilet. The bed was comfortable and there was turn down service each evening where staff would neatly arrange our room and provide fresh towels, robes and slippers. Please note this is not the most lively resort as far as entertainment although the disco provides that option each night. The pool has standard games, contests, and water aerobics through the day but does not feel like a day party! Overall, we highly recommend and will likely be back."

"Booked a swim out room through Expedia but received a message from the hotel 1 hour before our flight departure and was told that the swim out room we reserved would not be available. Definitely bummed that we were notified just 1 hour before flying to Cancun. We arrived at the property and we were given another room in the elite area. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, linens and towels are good quality."

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Clean beach and pools. Breakfast buffet was good but the hotel does not offer buffet at night which is very inconvenient for the visitors. We are always looking for multiple options like salads, fruits, chicken, fish etc etc. It was very unpleasant to have poor choices for the night. We stayed seven days. We were ready to come back home. No night activities, the TVs are not smart so we cannot use our accounts to watch movies or else. We had to get stuck with the programs but the movies on demand were 14 dollars each. The system of showing how much you have consumed in the restaurants is annoying because we got all inclusive, so why show the price? I wonder why the reviews are all 10/10 in your website"
