"What didn’t stand out? This is a very well rounded resort. There is plenty of space for everyone at the pool or beach, there are fun activities every day. The shows are a must see, they are amazing. We stayed in the rooms without the kitchen and they were more than adequate , I really liked the door between the sleeping area and bathroom. The views from every room are good. Everything in the room was clean. The resort is kept up very well. The food was amazing. The staff, I can’t say enough good about all the staff. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave and everything in between. I will make a special shout out to Samuel who works the dinner buffet service at La Veranda. We met him the first night here and have made a point to sit in his section each time we go back. He made us feel extra special and was extremely attentive, respectful, and fun. The ONLY suggestions I have to the resort are 1. Maybe a board daily with the different events displayed in the lobby (shows, karaoke etc) and 2. MORE KARAOKE (in the bar or if it’s advertised more for the gran salon) would be great. This was our first time to cancun and first time at this resort and if we decide to come back to the area would definitely come back. "
