"3 couples spent 10 days at RIU K. We had a great time! Reception staff worked to get our rooms close together. Thank you! Staff was terrific. Food and drinks and restaurant experiences were excellent. We met most nights in the lounge for a specialty drink from the “cart”. My only complaint is how noisy the lobby lounge gets. Acoustics weren’t good. A minor complaint and a fantastic stay. "

"Property and pools were great. Friendly service staff, but a bit slow at times. Small room service/poolside food order can take over a hour. Enjoyed breakfast buffet (crepes and omelets to order). Dinner buffet a bit bland. First time at an all-inclusive that we’ve had to give our room key at the bars and restaurants to use like a credit card, then sign a receipt even if it’s just for one lemonade. Very odd and inconvenient. All others I’ve stayed at you just show you have a wristband. Had to leave a day early due to winter storm at home on day we were supposed to leave and flights being canceled. They wouldn’t reimburse us for the day/night we missed. "
