"We came and stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It was amazing! Staff was very attentive and kind 10/10. The only thing (which is out of their control) was a lot of seaweed on the beach. We are told it’s common around this time of year. Again, not their fault the hotel was awesome and we would definitely recommend. Our favorite restaurant was at sunset. We ended up eating there twice. The Aura spa was awesome. Shoutout Jesus and Daniel for giving us an awesome experience. The saunas and steam room were 10/10. The entertainment people were also awesome. Knew our names and always made us feel included with any and all activities taking place. We love SUNSCAPE!"

"This property was pristine. The employees ensured the resort was spotless and took good care of us at the pool, bars, restaurants and in room cleaning. The liquor was all premium and they had a wide selection of beer/wine. The entertainment team was fun and energetic! Morning omelet and green juice was always perfect! Only complaints were the bed not very comfy and lunch selections both at buffet and at the grill were not very appealing. Was hoping for some shrimp tacos but did not have, just low quality beef hamburgers/hot dogs and wings and various offerings at the buffet that were meh. Fresh fish at restaurants at dinner (salmon, red snapper, etc). were always excellent. I would recommend for an adults only all inclusive just knowing that the food is ok, not great, but generally we could find something we liked well enough."

"I will never stay at the Krystal Hotel again!!! This is my 7th time in Cancun. Krystal Gran is where i meant to book and accidentally booked the original Krystal rewards Hotel. All inclusive is a waste of time. You pay $5 everytime you order food through room service and they still want a tip. I had to call and complain about a bill left in my room to pay for the sodas in the refrigerator. There are 4 specialty restaurants and their food is horrible also and it’s the same as the food from the hotel. Nothing special. Additionally, there are items on the menu that you have to pay for. I’ve never been to an ALL INCLUSIVE resort and have to pay extra for food on the menu. I paid for lobster tails and lamb chops that were overcooked and tasteless. $175 extra. A waste, i could have went to a restaurant outside of the resort. Overall, the hotel food was horrible, very bad food, tasteless, and very few options. The room condition was not accommodating. The bathroom has no air ventilation. No full body mirrors after you get dress. The iron was dirty and i couldn’t use it. Hot water is amazing. The balcony has a beautiful view but needs more privacy, people from pool area or beach can see you clearly. They should frost the glass. The room furnishing is old and falling apart. So if you like nice furnishing this place is not for you. There were some staff members who were friendly and some who were not. I’ve never been to a resort an experienced unfriendly staff at all. "
